RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. THE WORLD OF SE7EN APPAREL does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason — except when the error is ours.

When the Error Is Ours

If we send you the wrong item, the wrong size or color, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — with a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

How to Report an Error

Contact us at info@thewo7apparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order details and, for damaged or defective items, photos of the issue. Please keep the item and its packaging until we respond.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

This policy does not cover items damaged after delivery through wear, washing, or misuse, or items returned for any reason other than an error on our part.
